His vertical industry experience spans Banking, Finance, Real-Estate, Insurance, Transportation, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, High Tech industries, Internet B2B and various other service businesses. Manoj is business management graduate, has completed graduate courses at UC Berkeley and is a graduate alumni of Carnegie Mellon.

In the area of IT management, Manoj has done substantial technology and management consulting, delivery management, client management, vendor management, program and project management, including implementation of marketing and sales credit card program for one of the biggest wholesale retailer in the US, managed 120+ team of onshore/offshore/onsite varied skill-set resources on a large scale data-warehouse program for Sales & Acquisition initiative, and employee benefits system for an international insurance company worldwide providing more than $150M in annual shared IT services.
